Indie folk pop powerhouse, Mumford & Sons, who most recently released their new album Johannesburg have announced their initial tour dates coinciding perfectly with this upcoming Spring. According to Consequence of Sound, the band, formed of Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Winston Marshall and Ted Dwane, have only confirmed a small string of US shows.

They will begin their first part of the tour in the West, with the opening show in Vancouver, BC and then continuing down South into the US, stopping at the Seahawks nest in Seattle, traveling further down into California to perform at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.

The band then starts heading back East, playing a show at Hangout Music Festival in Alabama, and continuing on to perform in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and finishing off their US leg of their tour at the Boston Calling Music Festival, capping off a strong US run. After that Mumford & Sons will continue on their tour in August, heading way East, over the Atlantic for a European stint.

This tour looks to be quite an epic one, be on the look out for more tour dates to be announced in the future.
