Fans can breathe easy again, Chicago based rapper Lupe Fiasco, has left his recently declared retirement and has announced his new album DROGAS Light which is set to be released February 10th.

For those who haven’t been up to date with the rappers latest antics, allow me to fill you in. Fiasco proclaimed he would be retiring after dropping a new track via Soundcloud titled “N.E.R.D.” Not only did the song feature the instrumental from J. Cole’s new track ” Everybody Dies,” but it also included the line: “Artists gettin’ robbed for their publishing/ By dirty Jewish execs who think that it’s alms from the covenant.” Well fans didn’t take to those lyrics so kindly, because Fiasco spent an all night battle over twitter defending his lyrics and explaining that he wasn’t insinuating anti-semitism. The next morning he made the announcent to his fans stating: ” Yo Lupe fans it’s been fun and I hope you’ve had fun. Im officially not releasing anymore music. Albums cancelled.” Thus sending himself into retirement.

However, it’s okay the tears can be dried and you don’t have to play Food & Liquor on endless repeat anymore because he’s back! The album features a track-list of 14 songs (see below), including appearances from Bianca Sings, Ty Dolla $ign, Big K.R.I.T, Rick Ross, and more.

Fiasco fans prepare yourselves because February 10th its going down. Check out the cover art and track-list for DROGAS Light below:
