If you can’t make it out to Barcelona for Primavera Sound organizers are holding their sister festival, NOS Primavera Sound, one week later in Porto, Portugal on June 8th through the 10th. The festival is being headlined by Bon Iver who will showcase 22, A Million as well as electronica artist Aphex Twin and the French duo Justice who will be premiering Woman. Primavera Sound 2017 is also set to include some of the most famous names of music today! From Run The Jewels, Chilean Nicolas Jaar, Skepta, Miguel, Metronomy, Flying Lotus to none other than dance music legend Richie Hawtin.
The Portuguese festival chose to release the line-up of its sixth edition via video message on Facebook and Instagram. In the Facebook video, a character finds a bottle on the beach with a message and then various clues recorded on a mobile phone portraying various places and buildings in the city of Porto which were recorded on the mobile phone. Fans then had to follow the clues to Primavera Sound’s Intstagram Stories where the names of all the artists who will come to the Parque da Cidade were revealed.
Full festival tickets for NOS Primavera Sound 2017 are on sale for the price of 100€ and can be purchased at bol.pt, Ticketea and NOS Primavera Sound Portal.
There is also a Fã Pack FNAC 2017 available at FNAC shops in Portugal and at fnac.pt in two versions: the full festival ticket, at the promotional price of only 100€ or a daily voucher, available at only 50€. The full festival ticket includes a welcome kit and access to all three days of the festival. The daily voucher, however, is only good to be exchanged for a valid ticket at the FNAC shops in Portugal, or at NOS Primavera Sound official website, until February 28th 2017.
