Northside Festival Announces 2017 Lineup Featuring Radiohead, Run The Jewels and Frank Ocean

Celebrating its seventh anniversary, Northside Festival announces 2017 lineup featuring Radiohead, Run the Jewels and Frank Ocean. Annually, Northside Festival runs a 3-day summer showcase. Northside is held Adalen, Denmark, which is just few minute from the center of Aarhus.

Emerging in 2010, Northside Festival was first held in Tangkrogen in Aarhus as a one-day festival. In this first year, this festival encompassed an all-Danish lineup that featured Nephew, Mew, Veto, and Turboweekend og Selvmord. Proceeding to the year of 2012, the festival grew to a three-day festival that had around 20,000 guests. Then in 2013, they expanded another 5,000 guests and decided to get a few more big name artists such as: Arctic Monkeys, Alt-J, Band of Horses and so much more. Continuously expanding from 2014 to present day, they have acquired approximately 35,000 guests.
