Suge Knight Files $300 Million Lawsuit Against Dr. Dre, Apple, and Universal Music.

Early October, Dr. Dre threatened to sue Sony over a biopic that depicts him being physically abusive to his ex-wife. TMZ had reported that Suge Knight has recently filed a lawsuit against Dr.Dre. Knight claims that he had a “deal” of some sort with rapper/producer, Dr. Dre, which entitled him to thirty percent of all of his earnings. Supposedly, including the 2014 sale of Beats by Dre to Apple. Beats sold for approximately 3 billion dollars.

Suge Knight, known as the former CEO of Death Row Records declares that Dre attempted to cut him out of the “Deal” they had previously made because Apple had no desire to be associated with Suge Knight. Knight claims that in order for Dre to succeed in doing so, he must terminate Suge Knight. Knight believes Dr.Dre hired a hit man by the name of T-Money to assassinate him. This attempt took place back in 2014 at a club in West Hollywood, 1 OAK, where Suge was shot seven different times.

In 2015, Suge Knight was involved in an incident that is still at trial. He claims that Dr.Dre and Universal Music had paid a man by the name of Cle “Bone” Sloan $300,000 to kill Suge Knight in a second hit man attempt. Knight claims that he was avoiding an ambush when he had hit Sloan with his car, which happened to have also hit a man by the name of Terry Carter. In that accident, Terry Carter was pronounced dead after having too many fatal injuries.

Present day, Dr. Dre’s lawyer has given a statement to TMZ on the information presented thus far. The statement said, “Given that Dre has had zero interaction with Suge since leaving Death Row Records in 1996, we hope that Suge’s lawyer has lots of malicious prosecution insurance.”

Meanwhile, Knight is in jail due to the hit-and-run accident that happen in 2015. Previously, he has had a various charges pressed against him in a multitude of incidents ranging from drug charges to assault.
