The garage punk group Radkey from St. Joseph, Missouri just announced that they have signed with Another Century Records. The band consists of brothers Dee(guitar/vocals), Isaiah(bass), and Solomon Radke(drums). They made their presence known in the scene in 2011 and started quite the buzz with the rock and punk scene with their own brand of punk rock.
Following their signing, Radkey will be debuting their new album Delicious Rock Noise on November 11th. The album is the truth to rock’s ability crumble preconceptions mostly based around Radkey’s age, hometown, and race. The group admits that its not so much about race because it has never been a factor for them, but mostly about their age seeing as they are in their teens. This group definitely has made their presence known bringing a new taste to the garage punk scene.
