Kate Bush Announces New Live Album Before the Dawn For December 2016 Release

Very few have had the kind of remarkable career that music icon Kate Bush has had. Truly, there are few of her caliber, and already her legacy is established. But very few have had the chance to see her on stage, given her 35-year absence from live, public performance.

That streak ended in 2014 when Bush played a 22-date concert series at London’s Hammersmith Apollo. Now, recordings from the show are compiled on a new 3 disc live album entitled, Before the Dawn (the same name of the 2014 concert series). The 3 discs correspond with the 3 sets of the live show. Disc 1 features her greatest hits, the second from her 1985 LP Hounds of Love, and the third centers around her 2005 album, Aerial. The third disc also features “Twany Moon,” an unreleased song.

The album is set for a December 2nd, 2016 release date. In the meantime, Bush has released one song from the third disc, “Prologue.” You can check it out below.
