Trip-hop pioneer Tricky has announced a North American tour, his first since 2010, in support of his Skilled Mechanics project. Tricky begins his tour in October in Los Angeles and ends in Chicago 10 days later. He will play seven American dates in total.
In July, Tricky joined former group and fellow legends Massive Attack for a rare joint show at London’s Hyde Park. He recently collaborated with the group for the first time in over decade on their Ritual Spirit EP.
Tricky released his Skilled Mechanics LP in January. The album received mixed critical reception, and saw Tricky vary from his traditional trip-hop sound in collaboration with artists of multiple genres. Tricky’s upcoming tour dates and ticketing information are listed below.
