Superjoint Announces New Album Caught Up in the Gears of Application For November 2016 Release

Superjoint has just announced their album Caught Up In The Gears of Application will be released on November 11th. The album will be released on former Pantera and current Down frontman Philip Anselmo’s Housecore record label. The record was recorded at Anselmo’s studio Nodferatu’s Lair. Caught Up In The Gears of Application is said to be very similar to 2002’s Use Once And Destroy and 2003’s A Lethal Dose of American Hatred.

Although Anselmo is involved in several different projects, last year he announced that this album was his number one priority. He announced that the new album was in the works late last year towards the end of their tour.

Superjoint, formerly Superjoint Ritual, currently consists of guitarists Kevin Bond and Jimmy Bower, drummer Jose Manuel Gonzalez, and Stephen Taylor on bass. The band dropped “Ritual” from their name due to legal reasons.
