The festival season continues as Mexico City’s Corona Capital announces their upcoming 2016 lineup. The two-day festival starts on Nov. 19 through the 20 an it will take place in Granjas, Mexico at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

This will be the sixth annual Corona Capital Festival and expect to be blown away as they try to out-do themselves from 2015. Last year big names like Calvin Harris and Chromeo set a precedent for performing artists this year that they will have to top. In November, you can catch headline names such as Lana Del Rey, The Killers, and LCD Soundsystem as some of this years big artists.

LCD Soundsystem is sure to give a memorable performance as they’ve been a huge favorite this year, appearing at multiple festivals around the globe. In April they headlined at Coachella, which is one of the largest and most popular music festivals in the United States. Lana Del Rey is also no rookie to the Coachella Stage as she was also headlining guest at the 2014 festival. Catch these great artists and many more at one of the last major festivals this year.

Tickets aren’t yet available but will be via Ticketmaster from the Festival’s website. Stay tuned for extra details and ticket purchasing information.

McKenzie Dillon: University of Nevada, Reno Alumna. I graduated with a major in writing and a minor in journalism. I enjoy reading, writing, and listening to music of course. I was raised in the bay area, and am thrilled to be living back in California. Catch me at your local music festival, because there's nothing better than laying back in the grass and listening to your favorite bands or discovering new ones.
