Straight out of Finland in ’92, Lordi sets the stage with melodic metal and monster masks. With eight prolific albums under their belt, they will be ringing in 2017 with their 20th tour. This band makes it clear that putting out quality music to their fans is a priority.
Every single album and tour, Mr. Lordi (aka mastermind of the idea behind the band) switches out the masks and themes for a new, fresher take on the band’s image. One of the very unique factors of this band is that they wish to remain anonymous behind the masks and makeup that are the grand facade – Lordi.
If you go to see this insanely energetic band, the show will be made complete with vivid pyrotechnics and stage props that further propel the horror metal image. Although their concepts may be heavily attributed to KISS, Lordi does its own progressive take on their fusion of metal and rock ‘n’ roll. Tickets will be $25 each. Nothing says a romantic Valentine’s Eve like heavy metal and a horror-themed stage show.
