Psychedelic rock band, The Flaming Lips, have hinted at a new upcoming record. Though there isn’t much information on the album, it’s nonetheless a really exciting piece of information.
As PureVolume notes, George Salisbury, a frequent collaborator of The Flaming Lips, posted several clips on Instagram demonstrating some new tracks. The clips are very straightforward and demonstrate a rough track list of the upcoming record.
As of now, the record is set to be named Oczy Mlody. No dates have been set yet for its release, but we do know that the Flaming Lips are busy creating new music for their fans.

The Flaming Lips were formed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1983. The band consists of Wayne Coyne, Michael Ivins, Steven Drozd, and Derek Brown. Flaming Lips are noted for their unique and psychedelic sound, and have released fifteen studio albums to date. In recent years the band has collaborated with other unique musicians, most notably hit pop musician Miley Cyrus.
