Sleigh Bells have released their latest track, “Hyper Dark” with fans. The song follows the June release of “Rule Number One.” Check out the full track via Spotify below.
The band’s music has been continuing to take all sorts of different turns. Between the catchy pop “Champions of Unrestricted Beauty” to the more confrontational “Rule Number One” Sleigh Bells have become all the more unpredictable from their changing sounds.
The group has also released a handful of new tour dates. They will trek the country, beginning in Cleveland, OH in late August and continue to travel throughout the Fall.
Sleigh Bells formed in 2008 when Alexis Krauss and Derek Edward Miller signed to N.E.E.T Recording and Mom + Pop Music. Their sound has been described as noise pop, a genre that mixes catchy pop hooks with discordant rhythms. The duo’s first two albums Treats and Reign of Terror have been described as albums with punk and metal influences.
