Beck has announced a set of dates and stops for his upcoming U.S. tour. The trek will take place during the second half of September and will, for the most part, consist of stops throughout Southeastern U.S. Stops will include New Orleans, Atlanta, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, St. Louis, and Tennessee. The tour was planned around Beck’s previously scheduled stops at Music Midtown in Atlanta, GA and Pilgrimage Music Festival in Franklin, TN.
Since the 2014 the release of his grammy-winning Morning Phase, Beck has spent his time steadily building upon his already prolific catalogue. Last year, the artist released the “Dreams” and announced the song as the lead single off his yet-to-be-named forthcoming album. He followed this track with “Wow” and the announcement of an album release date – October 21. When he wasn’t focused on his own record, Beck contributed to Flume’s latest release, “Tiny Cities,” covered David Bowie’s “The Man Who Sold the World” with the former Nirvana members, and performed at a number of music festivals.
While the forthcoming album won’t be dropped for several months, Beck will likely debut new songs throughout his performances in September as the tour leads up to release of the untitled album.
