WATCH: Yasiin Bey And Badbadnotgood Perform “Arcade” On Stage In South Africa

This past weekend BADBADNOTGOOD made an appearance at the Cape Town International Jazz Festival in South Africa.  They were joined by Yasiin Bey (fka Mos Def) for a special performance of his new song “Arcade”.

Bey is still stuck in South Africa after being detained by authorities for allegedly trying to leave the country using fake documents.

According to 10and5, Bey’s people reached out to the band several days before the show to see if they would be interested in the joint performance.  Clearly they accepted the proposal which resulted in a series of “magical” rehearsals.

BADBADNOTGOOD’s new ablum IV comes out July 8th.
