WATCH: Aphex Twin Releases First New Video In 17 Years For “CIRKLON3”

Aphex Twin, an artist known for pushing music video boundaries, has just released his first music video in 17 years.  The craziest thing about the news isn’t the fact that it has been 17 long years since the last release, it is that the video was directed by 12 year old Ryan Wyer.

Wyer was commissioned for the video by Aphex Twin and Warp Records after Aphex Twin discovered his work through his Youtube channel.  The seven minute video features kids dancing and running around wearing Aphex Twins t-shirts.  The video taunts with a closing of “To be continued”.

The track, “CIRKLON3”, is off his new Cheetah EP, set for release on July 8th.
