American heavy metal band, Baroness, has just announced U.S tour dates starting late this summer.

The first show kicks off August 12th in Washington D.C at the Howard Theatre. Currently, tickets for non-festival performances go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. (PT), and pre-sale tickets are available tomorrow at 12 p.m. (ET). You can get tickets here.

This tour is set to run about six weeks, and make various pitstops at festivals along the way. Hopscotch, Houston Open Air, Psycho Las Vegas and Monster Energy Rock Allegiance are among the festivals Baroness will be attending. Moreover, this group has confirmed their performance at the Aftershock festival on October 22nd, even though their second to last performance will take place on September 24th.

Recently, Baroness has kept themselves busy. They just concluded their North American tour supporting their newest album Purple that was released just this last December.
