Joel Zimmerman, better known as deadmau5, has released his first single since 2014 titled, “Snowcone.” It was released on deadmau5’s mau5trap Beats 1 radio show.
This is the second single deadmau5 has released today. Along with “Bad At Titles,” Zimmerman is coming out of the quiet.
Although deadmau5 has an outspoken voice in the music community, he has stayed relatively quiet when it comes to his own music. There’s no word yet whether Zimmerman will be releasing a new album anytime soon.
Deadmau5 will be performing at multiple festivals this summer including, Minus Zero, Free Press Summer Festival and many more.
Deadmau5 recently launched a fundraising initiative in support of Urban Fitness 911, a Los Angeles non-profit organization that was created to address the disparity of academic skills, health and fitness among teenagers and young adults in low income communities, in partnership with CrowdRise, the largest crowd funding platform for good.
