According to Rolling Stone, Garbage will hit the road this summer to headline a month-long U.S. tour in support their new album Strange Little Birds. The U.S. leg of the tour will fall between European tours dates that were previously announced. The group will kick things off July 6th at Milwaukee’s Summerfest.
Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, May 6th. Find more information on Garbage’s website. The site is offering tickets, VIP packages that include early entry, meet-and-greets, soundcheck access and Q&A sessions at each city.
Along with the national tour, Garbage will welcome their forthcoming release with a couple of listening parties in Los Angeles, CA. On May 17th and 18th EastWest Studios will see the band introduce Strange Little Birds, perform a small set, and host a Q&A session to discuss the making of the album. Tickets are available through Adventures in Wonderland.
Strange Little Birds, Garbage’s first LP in four years, will be released June 10. The band has already shared the record’s first single “Empty.”
