In New York City next month on May 2nd, Electronic/Industrial duo, Youth Code, will be performing at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn.
Youth Code is currently scheduled to go on tour with electronic rock group, Baroness, this spring but have scheduled some dates in between the tour to perform as headliners in cities like Philadelphia, Hamden and, of course, Brooklyn. The band just released their newest album, Commitment to Complication, earlier this month and the entire album is streaming now on their Soundcloud. Check out their song, Transitions.
Commitment to Complication is the band’s third record since their formation in 2013; the same year they released their debut, self-titled album. But let’s be honest here, don’t let the fact that this an EDM band fool you into thinking it’s anything close to mainstream. After all, they are playing Saint Vitus, right? The band is a blend of all things heavy, dark and energetic in what many fans refer to as a more authentic industrial style.
If you want to catch Youth Code at Saint Vitus on May 2nd, pick the up now before it is too late. Tickets are on sale now on Ticketfly for $15.
