The Green Man Festival released their lineup for 2016. Green Man Festival will take place August 19 to August 21 of this year. The festival will take place at the Brecon Beacons in the country of Wales, which is located to the right of Ireland, the left of England, and just South of Scotland.
The Green Man lineup includes headline musicians such as Warpaint, Tinderstick, and Julie Holter. Other musicians include Snow Club, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, The Unthanks, Kevin Morby, White Denim, Jason Isbell, Unknown Mortal Orchestra (UMO), Battles, Floating Points (Live), Ezra Furman, Fat White Family, Songhoy Blues, Kamasi Washington, Michael Rother, Cate Le Bon, Jagwar Ma, Dungen, King Lizzard & The Wizzard Gizzard, Break>, Miracle Legion, Genghar, The Besnard Lakes, Julianna Barwick, Cavern of Anti-matter, Yorkston Thorne & Kahn, Pictish Trail, Ryley Walker, Meilyr Jones, Phil Cook & The Guitarheels, The Weather Station, Daniel Norgen, Mothers, Trader Horne, Cigarettes After Sex, Same Lee, Clare Maguire, Gun Outfit, The Oh Hellos, The Magnetic North, Awesome Tapes From Africa, The Moonlandingz, All Them Witches, Belle & Sebastian, The Membranes, Emma Pollock, Formation, Fews, Oliver Coats, Amber Arcades, Trevor Sensor, Wesley Gonzalez, Steven James Adams, Kelly Lee Owens, Palace Winter, Flamingods, Deep Throat Choir, Ardyn, I See Rivers, Lastingband, Baba Naga, James Blake, Wild Beasts, Granddaddy, Suuns, and BC Camplight.
The Green Man Festival will also include some films to be shown along with the music lineup. The films include Inside Out, A Bigger Splash, High Rise, Fantastic Planet, Janis: Little Girl Blue, Metropolis (Dmytro Morykit Live Piano Score), Where You’re Meant To Be (plus Aidan Moffat Solo Show), Green Room, Espresso Bongo, The Man Who Fell To Earth, and Let’s Dance-A Late Night David Bowie Disco.
Tickets for the events can be purchased on the Green Man Festival website under their ticket link. On that same webpage they also offer tickets for car parking for the event. Other accommodations can be located at the bottom of the ticket page, this includes using the Hot tubs, Yoga classes, among other options for event goers.
