Radiohead Forms Another Company Around New Album Which Is Currently Unfinished

After announcing a world tour and rumors spurring around of a new album, Radiohead is letting people know they’re here to stay. Today, they’ve announced the formation of a new company, Dawnnchoruss Ltd., which was formed in February and lists the five members of Radiohead as its officers.

This is the second company to form by the band this year. Back in January Radiohead fans speculated that a new album was coming when it was announced that the band had registered a new company called, Dawn Chorus LLP. Very similar to the name of the new company.

According to Consequence of Sound, “Radiohead recently established Dawnnchoruss LTD for the impending release of their new album. Dawn Chorus LLP was established for their upcoming world tour.”

It’s been confirmed that the band has been working on the album for a while now. In a new interview with Radiohead art designer Stanley Donwood, “the long-awaited King of Limbs follow-up remains unfinished,” according to Consequence of Sound.

Donwood spoke to DIY mag recently and said the album is, “a work of art.” When asked for the potential release date his response was, ” Is it done? Not yet..”

As fans await the release of their upcoming album, they can rejoice in upcoming tour dates that will take them across the globe. Radiohead is set to headline multiple festivals including, Summer Sonic, Lollapalooza Berlin and many more. The band will also be taking on their own small world tour in the summer.
