Legendary New York City hardcore band, Sick Of It All, will be playing Webster Hall this Summer on July 9th in celebration of their 30th anniversary together.
New York City’s hardcore is known for being tough, aggressive and energetic and you have Sick of It All to thank for that. Formed by brothers Lou and Pete Koller in 1986, the band has become one of the most influential hardcore bands in the genre. In their 30-years, the band has consistently released material including eleven studio albums and numerous EPs/live records. Their most recent record, Last Act Of Defiance, was released last year and featured their single, Get Bronx. Check it out.
Of course hardcore isn’t only limited to NYC and this show will feature great hardcore/punk from everywhere. In support of the NYC hardcore milestone, New York City’s Murphy’s Law and Manipulate will also be performing. But that’s not all. Boston’s punk band, Street Dogs, and the hardcore band King Ly Chee from Japan will also be playing.
Tickets for Sick of It All’s 30th anniversary bash at Webster Hall are on sale now for $20. Tickets went on sale last Friday but it’s still not too late. Pick them up now at Ticketweb before it’s too late.
