Where do I even begin with Weird Al? He’s the jack of all trades. An actor, comedian, songwriter, singer, author, film producer, accordion player, and an all-around entertaining individual. Four Grammy’s, thousands of live shows, fourteen albums since the 80’s, and most recently the Billboard number one spot for his new album Mandatory Fun Weird Al is easily the biggest parody artist in the world.
Weird Al knows what he’s doing when it comes to performing. He has costume changes in between songs, interacts with the crowd, and plays all the songs you want him to. I had such a fun time at my first Weird Al show I bought tickets to see him again last time he was in San Francisco at the Masonic Theater. As Weird Al describes it himself his shows are “a rock and comedy multimedia extravaganza.”
Just a tip to have the full Weird Al experience, get floor seats. You won’t regret it. Who knows, he might even sing right in front of your face like he did at the Masonic. Tickets are selling fast so act now!
