Rob Zombie and Korn will hit the road this summer for the “Return of the Dreads” tour. The two bands will kick off their trek this July and will visit 25 North American cities. The tour will include special guests In This Moment.
Tickets will go on sale March 11, but presale will be available Wednesday March 9 from 10:00 AM to Thursday March 10 at 10:00 PM. According to Blabbermouth, fans purchasing tickets in select locations will be granted access to a special three-show Ticket To Rock, which includes access to lawn tickets for two additional shows: Slipknot with Marilyn Manson and Disturbed with Breaking Benjamin.
The tour will be in support of Rob Zombie’s wholesomely named new album, “The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser.” The album will be released April 29 and features Zombie with guitarist John 5, bassist Piggy D and drummer Ginger Fish. Last month saw the release of the first single, “Well, Everybody’s Fucking In A U.F.O.”
Korn has been in the studio is working on a new album that is expecting a fall release. In a recent interview with “Do You Know Jack?” guitarist Brian “Head” Welch said the group’s new music will be “heavier than anyone’s heard KORN in a long time… just the beginning stages are proof of that to me.” The album will be Korn’s first since 2013’s The Paradigm Shift.
