Megadeth Live at the Hollywood Palladium, Los Angeles

Thrash metal legends, Megadeth, played an amazing sold out show last night at the Hollywood Palladium and it showcased exactly why they are one of the best metal bands ever to hit the stage. Fresh off their Las Vegas shows, the band performed classic tracks such as ‘Hangar 18’, ‘Wake Up Dead’, ‘Sweating Bullets’ and also tracks from their latest album such as ‘The Threat is Real’ and ‘Fatal Illusion’

The line up featured two newcomers to the band featuring ex Lamb of God drummer Chris Adler and guitarist Kiko Loureiro of Angra. Both players are featured in Megadeth’s latest album “Dystopia”. Dystopia has debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 chart, making it the bands second highest charting album since “Countdown to Extinction” back in 1992.

Mauricio Alvarado: I've been a concert photographer for the past 5 years. My work has been featured on various music magazines and websites. Some of the bands I've photographed are Yes, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Rob Zombie, Santana, and many more. I'm obsessed with 70's Progressive Rock music. I enjoy photographing bands that I grew up listening to. I'm also a big vinyl record collector since I was in High School. I always enjoy taking my albums to shows and getting them signed by the bands.
