Yorkshire metal group Bring Me the Horizon have rolled out dates for their spring tour. The band will begin in Jacksonville, FL April 30 before trekking toward the midwest throughout May. The tour promises to bring “special guests” to the performances, but specifics are not clear. Tickets will be available Friday, February 26 through Ticketmaster. See the full schedule below for more details.
BMTH will also be heading across the pond for BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend festival and back to the states for Monster Energy Welcome To Rockville festival.
Since their inception in 2003, the band has produced 5 studio albums, progressively shifting their sound from the commonly maligned deathcore sound to a less extreme, but more mature metal rock act. Critical reaction to the bands work has steadily increased throughout the span of Bring Me the Horizon’s career. Although some critics were disappointed in the stead genre change, most lauded their new sound throughout the previous 2 years, specifically That’s The Spirit. The album was the #1 selling album in the U.S. its debut week.
