Electric Daisy Carnival New York Announces 2016 Lineup Featuring David Guetta, Eric Prydz And Madeon

The 2016 Electric Daisy Festival or EDC will take place in Mexico, New York, Los Vegas, United Kingdom and Japan this year and New York has just officially announced their 2016 lineup with bands including David Guetta, Eric Prydz, Zedd, Madeon and many more said Spin.

EDC is typically a two day festival that features loud, upbeat techno-style music with lots of base-feature. Usually performers put on an exciting show with lots of colors, lights and sometimes even fireworks. The whole 48 hours is like the wildest party of the year.

The original EDC took place in Los Angeles in 1997 but has since spread to have several locations throughout the world. With many different locations in the past years, the New York feature will be held at Queens’ City Field on May 14th-15th. You can buy General Admission or VIP tickets Here.

Electric Dance Carnival is hosted by Insomniac Events and features music genres such as EDM, house, dance, electro house, drum and bass, techno, dance-punk, hardstyle, dubstep, trance, and more. In 2009 the worldwide event became a 2 day event and in 2011 it became a 3 day event in Las Vegas only. Today the festival draws more than 400,000 fans to be apart of the fun.
