Lowlands Announces 2016 Lineup Featuring Disclosure, LCD Soundsystem And The Last Shadow Puppets

Lowlands is one of the major festivals of the Netherlands, featuring all kinds of music including some of the world’s most popular DJs. It is an annual three day music and performing arts festival and will take place this year August 19 – 21, 2016.

The festival has been held in Biddinghuizen and is a successor to one of the first Dutch pop festivals: A Flight to Lowlands Paradise. In 1993, The festival was revived under the name A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise.

Lowlands offers a large variety of music genres: rock, pop, dance, hip hop, and alternative.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, February 6, 2016. Theater, comedy, science, and literature announcements will soon follow.
