The first acts for Dublin’s Longitude festival have been announced. The festival will take place Friday July 15 – Sunday July 17, 2016 at Marlay Park.
Sources say, tickets will go on sale Friday, January 29 at 9 a.m. and can be purchased through all Ticketmaster outlets. Weekend tickets will cost €159.50 and day tickets cost €64.50, all ticket prices are inclusive of booking fee. Three customers can get their hands on Longitude tickets before anyone else, presale tickets go on sale 48 hours before general release. Tickets will be available through all Ticketmaster outlets.
The Longitude festival website says, “In just three short years Longitude has cemented itself as one of the premier events of the summer festival season winning the award for Best Medium Sized Festival at the Irish Festival Awards.”
The announcement includes only the first round of performers, fans can anticipate more of their favorite bands to appear at the Longitude festival this summer.
