According to Consequences of Sound for the twelfth year in a row Mountain Jam Music Festival returns to New York on the side of Hunter Mountain, where the four-day, multi-stage, eclectic music extravaganza will take place. Today the first round of the artist line-up has been released, and as per usual Mountain Jam has brought some names, big and small, to fill the slots.

Just as in past years Mountain Jam, one of the East coast most popular music festival, will be featuring artist from all over the spectrum of the jam band community. As expected Warren Haynes will be there headlining the festival with his band Gov’t Mule, where they will be bringing their Allman Brothers style jamming to the picturesque venue. Along with Haynes and his band there will be other repeat Mountain Jammers such as Umphrey’s McGee, The Avett Brothers, and Gary Clark Jr. who have brought their unique style to the mountain side and intend on bringing it again. Accompanying the old faces will also be new faces that have not yet had the honor of gracing one of the three stages constructed for the festival with their music.

The Festival will take place on June 2nd-5th, on Hunter Mountain, Northeast’s pristine natural amphitheater.
