Newly formed band Death Index has released new track from their upcoming self-titled debut album. The song, entitled “Dream Machine,” features 2 minutes of smooth sounding, yet energetic postpunk riffs anchored by the vocals of lead singer Carson Cox.
The new band is a duo consisting of Merchandise frontman Carson Cox and Marco Rapisarda, member of Venice bands such as Archaic, Sgurd and La Piovra. Death Index was conceived of and recorded across multiple continents, with the band members travelling between Berlin, Tampa Bay, and Palermo, Italy.
The new album hits shelves on Feb. 26, 2016, and will be released by Deathwish, Inc.
