Adele has finally announced her highly anticipated US tour. And Philadelphians can rejoice, because the reigning queen of pop music will be playing not one, but two shows here in Philly. You can catch her when she comes to the Wells Fargo Center on September 9th and 10th. Tickets for this one go on sale Thursday, December 17th at 10am. This is sure to be a hugely popular event, so if you want to see Adele while she’s in town, you’ll definitely want to be glued to your computer at exactly 1o:00.
Adele’s North American tour will see her making 56 stops and will kick off in July. Last night the singer’s full concert special Adele Live in New York City debuted on NBC. The special, which is presumably a teaser for what’s to come with her upcoming tour, featured a mix of some of her biggest hits as well as songs from her number #1 album, 25. The concert was a huge success for the network, and was the highest-rated concert special in nearly a decade.
With all of the buzz surrounding her latest release, it’s obvious that Adele’s Wells Fargo Center events are going to be the must-attend shows of the fall concert season.
