American rock band, Autolux, has not released an album since 2010 when they they released Transit Transit, but fans of the group will be happy to know that there is a new LP set to be released from the band in 2016.
The LP will feature the song “Soft Scene” which has been shared by the group to give fans a little taste of what is to come.
The mesmerizing song takes listeners on a dreamy tale, induced by not-so-in-your-face electronics that lead the song. It’s a groovy track that will grab listeners for sure by the ending of the song, if not from the very beginning. It is an incredibly infectious jam and something that will absolutely grab you.
The song, as well as the full album, was produced by the well-known Boots. His unique influence can be heard in “Soft Scene” and having worked with top artists including Beyoncé and Run the Jewels, Boots just may have been the perfect man to take Autolux’s new album to wonderful and soaring heights.
This is not the first time the two have paired up. According to consequenceofsound, Autolux’s Carla Azar provided production on Boots’ new debut album AQUARIA.
Autolux consists of Carla Azar, Greg Edwards and Eugene Goreshter. The band, according to their website, currently has no upcoming shows.
