Run The Jewels have released a video for their track “Angel Duster” as a thank you to fans for support during their year of touring for Run The Jewels 2.

It has been over a year since EL-P and Killer Mike have released their album Run the Jewels 2, which was their second album as Run the Jewels. The video can be seen below.

The album received great critical acclaim as was named as Rolling Stone’s Best Rap Album of 2014. In celebration of their albums success and one year birthday they released an official video for their single “Angel Duster.” According to Pitchfork, the video is directed and edited by Ryosuke Tanzawa via Mass Appeal. The video is compilation of previous live performances from the duo on stages such as Pitchfork Festival, Life is Beautiful, Bonnaroo, Rock en Seine, BBC, Red Bull and Music Midtown. The video also includes random footage from their chief director of photography, Victor Michael. The video can be viewed below. The video helps to serve as a sort of recap for the duos relentless year of touring to support Run The Jewels 2 and serves as a thank you to all of their “Jewel Runners” that have been with them for the entire journey. With their twitter post about the video EL-P and Killer Mike had this to say, “here’s what RTJ’s last 365 days have been like.”

Ryan Fricke: Music is my therapy, which I could not function without. I am currently finishing my senior year a Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida with a Journalism major and a Creative Writing Minor. I first realized I wanted to become a Music Journalist the minute I learned that I could get paid to do the two things I love most, writing and listening to music. I have yet to decide which I am more infatuated with but for the time being I will happily house them to their stalemate. My plans after graduation are unclear but I hope to further gain experience in this profession.
