Lollapalooza, the transcontinental musical festival brand, announced the top-tier lineup for its offshoots in South America. The Argentinian Lollapalooza festival launches in March 2016, featuring superstar headliners Eminem and Florence + The Machine – who will also appear in Lollapalooza Brazil and Chile, Jack Ü (Skrillex + Diplo) and Zedd.
Before expanding across Europe and South America and developing into one of the most widely-recognized festival on a global scale, Lollapalooza debuted in Grant Park, the heart of Chicago.
Perry Farrell, “one of the most influential and original musical figures in recent history”, was the frontman for rock band Jane’s Addiction who created Lollapalooza as a farewell event for the band. Now a giant in the music industry, the festivities feature stellar talent internationally.
In 2015, Lollapalooza Argentina featured Jack White, Calvin Harris And Pharrell Williams. The one-of-a-kind shows return to Argentina for the third time in early 2016 to keep “the cheers and handclaps going all over the world”.
