Lollapalooza Brasil 2016 Lineup Announced Featuring Cold War Kids, Florence + The Machine And Mumford & Sons

Following the current trend of super-sized music and arts festivals across the globe, Lollapalooza will be showcasing its star-studded shenanigan’s in South America again, kicking-it off in none other than it’s heartland: Brazil.

What started out as a genre-thrashing cultural movement by the “Godfather of Alternative Rock,” Perry Farrell in 1991, has evolved into an international phenomenon that extends to far-off regions: Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.  This union for the masses provides a cornucopia of alternative-music to a seemingly fragmented demographic.

Set to unveil all it’s glory-and-splendor for a fifth-term in duration this Spring, March 12th and 13th at Sao Paulo’s very own: Autodromo de Interlagos, Lollapalooza Brazil will feature only the most talented of relevant noisemakers in the mix today.

Carrying the torch for only their second appearance ever at Brazil’s rendition of Lollapalooza, heavy-hitters: the modern-day wordsmith/rap-genius, Eminem and UK indie-rockers, Florence + the Machine will let loose the canon that is their verisimilitude of muse sublime.

Always the innovator for a sub-culture hell-bent on an ever-immersive concert-going experience, Brazil will feature the only appearance by indie-guru’s: Cold War Kids within the South American Lollapalooza circuit this year; along with highly-anticipated performance by Mumford & Sons in what will be their first-ever live-gig in these fair-lands.
