WATCH: Taylor Swift Performs “Boom Clap” With Charli XCX

Taylor Swift decided to bring out Keith Urban on her first night in Toronto, bringing back her country side. She then brought out Charli XCX the second night to perform her hit “Boom Clap.”

The video above is fan footage that was posted on SPIN. The two exchanged verses as pyrotechnics went off behind them at Toronto’s Rogers Centre. Although Swift brings out special guest at every concert to date on the 1989 Tour, this past week was quite extraordinary even for Swift herself. Her guests consisted of Haim and Nelly, Mick Jagger and Leona Lewis, and Steven Tyler and Alison Krauss.

This performance also happened to fall on SNL’s 41 season premiere in which there was a sketch poking fun at Swift’s ever-growing squad. The sketch was entitle “The Squad” where the show imagined a Walking Dead-like post-apocalyptic world outfitted with 1989 propaganda. Instead of a zombie outbreak, the entire human race is absorbed into Swift’s circle of friends.
