San Diego Music Thing 2015 Lineup Announced Featuring Yo La Tengo, Blitzen Trapper And L7

Now in its 8th year, annual two-day music and media conference, The San Diego Music Thing just dropped word of its killer-lineup fleshing-out an unprecedented live-music sanctuary of artists.  Setting-it-off in style, the festivities start Wednesday, November 11th and run straight-on-through till Saturday, November 14th, rounding-out one of music’s best live experiences offered today.

Fronted by New Jersey’s seminal indie-crew, Yo La Tengo is scheduled to showcase their latest accomplishment, Stuff Like That There at the Observatory North Park with favored guests, Blitzen Trapper on Thursday, November 12th.  Other noted acts include heavy-hitters: L7, The Joy Formidable, Viet Cong, and an entire slew of veritable music-sensations.

Offering oodles of fun-filled goodies to registrants, the conference portion allows them to build their knowledge of the music-business through fully-interactive and roundtable sessions with such keynote speakers as: Greg Graffin(lead-singer of Bad Religion) and Martin Atkins(English drummer known for his work with Nine Inch Nails and Ministry).

Proceeds will benefit the San Diego Music Foundation’s experiential music programs throughout an astounding 85-schools spread-across San Diego County.  Sponsored by the City of San Diego’s Commission for Arts and Culture, Bandzoogle, and Blue Moon Brewing Company, The San Diego Music Thing offers single and multiple-day conference badges for purchase.  The badges provide complete access to all night-time shows and events.
