Elana Belle Carroll, also known as, Party Nails has just released the single “Break.” The pop star released her new track via the blog Neon Gold. The new single can be found on the iTunes website for pre-order.
“Break” is a song that includes a more personal view into the reality of Carroll and her attempts to battle love sickness. The single and the debut album are the results of inspirations for Carroll in the form of Haim, Charli XCX and Robyn. She has been writing songs and performing them since the age of eleven. Her journey to New York at 18 brought her to form a band called Vernous.
Love songs may get big hits in the music business, but this personal revelation into the eyes of another artist and their experience of love, is nothing compared to the diso-era feel of the song and the hypnotic rhythm of synthesizers will condone the single as one about her wanting for the end of love sickness.
