Forevermore Express Tour @ The Parish 11/4

The Underachievers are an American hip hop act from Brooklyn, New York. The East Coast rap duo consisting of AK and Issa Gold formed in 2011 with the dream of expressing art through music. They signed to their first label, Brainfeeder, back in 2012 through the producer Flying Lotus. The two were quick to begin work on releasing their mixtapes, Indigoism and Lords of Flatbush. Early work included themes of psychedelic lyrics, allusions, and spirituality. They soon began collaborating with other artists, such as Flatbush Zombies in the song “No Religion.” The Underachievers are known for captivating performances, keeping fans on edge. Their second album, Evermore: The Art of Duality, includes fifteen tracks and is set to release September 25th this year, just in time for their headlining tour.

Pouya is a young and upcoming rapper who has grown exponentially through the support of his fans. Today, this artist separates himself from today’s mainstream hip hop in creating his addictive raps that are hard to stop playing. Recently collaborating with EDM favorite Borgore, listeners can expect to always find new music on his Soundcloud. With popular songs such as “Get Buck,” this Miami rapper is on the rise through his work and large following of a continuously expanding fanbase.

With a strong lineup favored by rap enthusiasts, fans can expect a show with immense talent on stage. Adding Kirk Knight and Bodega Bamz as support, the highly anticipated Forevermore Express Tour will begin this October.
