BØRNS, aka Garret Borns, is finally ready to release his debut LP. The album, Dopamine, will drop on October 16th via Interscope Records. In support of the upcoming release, BØRNS will head out on a North American tour. He’ll make a stop here in Philadelphia on October 21st with a special show at First Unitarian Church.
In addition to dropping news of his new album and subsequent tour, BØRNS has also unveiled his newest single, “Emotion.” BØRNS was here in Philly when he opened for Misterwives back in February. Since then, he has been busy opening for Bleachers and Charli XCX on their joint tour. But now it’s time for the rising star to head out on a headlining tour of his own.
BØRNS has already made a name for himself with previously released tracks “Electric Love,” and “10,000 Emerald Pools.” The 23-year old who hails from Michigan is relatively new to the game, having released his first track in 2014. But since then he has appeared on several late-night gigs including Conan and Late Night with Seth Meyers. Tickets for his First Unitarian Church show go on sale this Friday, August 28th. Grab them while you can!
