EDM duo The Chainsmokers have just announced a 30+ city tour that will make its way to Philly come October. The Friend Zone Tour, kicks off in Nashville on October 23rd before heading to Philly for a stop at the Electric Factory on October 30th.
And the upcoming tour is promising to be an exciting experience for fans new and old. The pair explains, “The concept was simple — we wanted to create a distinct visual component with all the new music we were making, something you could get lost in, where you forget where you are.” They premiered this component at this year’s Firefly Music Festival, dubbing it The Full Monte. And as part of the fun, they’ll bringing along a slew of fans, with SNBRN, Speaker of the House, Yacht Club, and Luca Lush all set to play the Electric Factory show.
The pair is perhaps best known for their track #Selfie, which debuted in 2014 and brought them mainstream success. But the guys behind The Chainsmokers are more than just parody songs. And this fall, Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, will prove to fans across the country why they are one of the most sought after acts in the EDM landscape right now.
