They’re coming back. The Black Dahlia Murder, an iconic melodic death metal band, announced the dates for their North American tour. Weaving between the US and Canada, the Black Dahlia Murder will join forces with Iron Reagan, Harms Way and Maruta to headline the IndieMerch Tour.

Trevor Strnad, a vocalist for the band, stated:

We are beyond excited to bring this mighty line-up to your Canadian eardrums…what a package! We’ve combined the grinding holocaust of the reunited Maruta, the sheer rage of hardcore’s hellions Harm’s Way, the thrashing maelstrom that is Iron Reagan and of course yours truly. No venue shall be left standing in our wake! We’ll be playing lots of new tastiness from Abysmal for you, as well as the classics, so bring your friends and get ready to bang your heads off.

The new release is described by Metal Blade records as “a vicious slab of unrelenting aggression showcases TBDM at their very finest with a meticulous, pin-point precise rhythmic assault mixed with ferocious speed and dynamic hooks”. The Black Dahlia Murder gave the world the first look at Abysmal through the track “Vlad, Son of The Dragon“, which mirrors the ruthless tale of Vlad the Impaler.
