This Thanksgiving we’ll definitely have another thing to be thankful for. Vacationer is headed back to Union Transfer, this time for a show on November 28th. You may have caught them last year when they performed with Bleachers on Thanksgiving Eve.
Kenny Vasoli and crew will be bringing the summertime vibes to us for what is sure to be an excellent show this fall at UT. The band is still riding high off of the success of their 2014 release, Relief. The album, which was their second studio release, charted at number 10 in the Top Heatseekers chart, high above the number 42 slot that its predacessor, Trip,attained.
There’s no word yet on who will be opening for the band, but they’ll be touring with support from Great Good Fine Ok throughout September and October. Their Facebook message announcing the upcoming gigs perfectly sums up the vibe at a Vacationer show. They write, “Chill people, We will be journeying through these great states one last time for 2015. Full sets, huge vibes. We will be joined nightly by the ever-groovy Great Good Fine Ok. Dig the dates. Drop in…Trip out! Loving regards, Vacationer.”
