WATCH: Albert Hammond Jr. Releases New Video For “Losing Touch”

Albert Hammond Jr. and director Laurent Briet took a two-day trip to Morocco to make this music video for his second single “Losing Touch.” The singer previously released music video for his first single “Born Slippy”. Both songs will be included in the track listing for his third solo album, Momentary Masters which comes out July of this year.

“I am always feeling that we’re all living on borrowed time and that every opportunity should be grabbed and made the most out of,” said director Briet. The music propels Albert’s urgency as he cautiously runs through bazaar into the streets, through a forest, a field, and eventually to the ocean while being chased by white-faced death as the singer runs around in his red jumpsuit. The music video is a play on adaptation of Ingmar Bergman’s Swedish movie, The Seventh Seal, where the film is about how death is challenged to play a game of chess with a knight who has returned to Sweden from fighting in the Crusades, only to find out his homeland is being devastated by the bubonic plague. The music video recreates the message that everyone should be living life to the fullest.
