Laetitia Sadier Announces Fall 2015 Tour Dates

Multi-lingual Stereolab frontwoman Laetitia Sadier who recently went solo has announced new UK and US tour dates, following the release of her newest effort, the explorative Something Shines.

After almost two and a half decades of musical success, Sadier is hitting the road this Saturday, July 11, with tours in both the UK and US. The first part of the tour kicks off in London at Dalston Music Festival with a mini UK tour hitting six stops in five cities after. After not performing in the US in about two years, Sadier will then tour the US for a fall trip lasting one month.

The French born multi-instrumentalist has been featured on more albums than most artists can ever dreaming of, spanning 40 plus EPs and albums, give or take. Sadier began releasing solo projects after Stereolab went on hiatus in 2009, leading up to her most recent effort last year, Something Shines. Sadier is now taking her newest music on tour with her, stopping off at a few festivals and big name venues along the way.

Something Shines, the soothing experiment that took nine months to cook up, has been received with as much love as its predecessor, Sadier’s previous solo project The Trip. With Shines singles “Release from the Centre of Your Heart” and the new video for “Oscuridad” released today, fans can hope to hear both live while Sadier is on the road.
