Swedish melodic death metal ingénues At The Gates have announced new live appearances worldwide following the acclaimed fifth studio album At War With Reality.
The tour spans across the globe, kicking off in Hungary, then traveling through Europe, South America, Australia and more. The tour stretches from July to November with special shows on the 70,000 Tons Of Metal cruise in February 2016 and Witchfest March 2016 in South Africa.
At The Gates has confirmed appearances at Japan’s Loud Park festival, Knotfest in San Bernardino, CA, and the upcoming 70,000 Tons Of Metal cruise in early 2016. They will be performing with the likes of Slipknot, Slayer, Megadeath, Judas Priest and Korn throughout these various festivals.
At The Gates started their rise in the 90’s, sticking together for the better half of the decade. After taking a break from ’96 to 2007, the band reformed briefly before splitting again in 2008. Once again, the band shocked fans by reforming in 2010. At War With Reality was their first album in 19 years and was released last year.
