Always on the prowl for creative new videos, Mumford And Sons have released a new video for their track “The Wolf.” The video captures the group during their performance at this past Bonnaroo Music Festival, and it also features the group goofing around the festival grounds.
Mumford And Sons were one of a handful of highlighted musical acts that performed at this year’s Bonnaroo Music Festival. During the festival, the group were busy recording film to use in their new video for “The Wolf,” a track off of their recently-released record called Wilder Mind. The video shows the band in various costumes acting all kinds of goofy on the festival campgrounds, dressed in costume as a fox, a chicken, a Robin-Hood-esque archer, and a bride. The video also frequently cuts to the group performing “The Wolf” live on the Bonnaroo stage from a couple of weeks ago. The video is a lot of fun to watch, and it shows a side of Mumford And Sons that fans don’t usually get to see: a side of the group off of the stage, having fun outside of the context of a live performance. It also shows the group interacting with various fans who are in attendance at the Bonnaroo festival, taking pictures and even high-fiving various attendees.
In addition to their performance at Bonnaroo, Mumford And Sons also performed a series of shows for the Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers, a series of small concerts that will officially end this August. Mumford And Sons have also gone on the offensive against music streaming service Tidal, accusing them of supporting only wealthy artists.
