Punk band Ceremony covered “Just Like Heaven” by The Cure in Brooklyn on July 2, with some help from Patrick Stickles of Titus Andronicus.
Ceremony is currently on tour in support of their latest album, The L-Shaped Man, and played Shea Stadium in Brooklyn on Thursday night. Titus Andronicus frontman Patrick Stickles, who Stereogum reports helped get the venue going, joined the group onstage to perform a cover of The Cure’s “Just Like Heaven.” The two groups know each other well, having toured together in 2012.
